One person is killed in a Temple Hills crash involving a school bus
One person was killed Thursday afternoon when a car crashed into a school bus and the car burst into flames in the Temple Hills area, Prince George’s County police said.
Few details were immediately available as investigators tried to unravel the incident that happened near the intersection of Temple Hills Road and Old Temple Hills Road at about 6 p.m.
Police officials said one person was found dead inside a car and a school bus was knocked off the road, said Cpl. Lamar Robinson, a police spokesman. No students were on board the bus, only the driver and another public school employee, who were not hurt.

Prince George's County police said 24-year-old Tavon Todd, of Southwest D.C., was shot outside a business in the 6400 block of Allentown Road. After the shooting, Todd left in his car and eventually crashed into a school bus on Temple Hills road.
