Family mourning 23-year-old killed in Montgomery Co. crash

It's something friends and family say Bein would have done. Right at 5-foot-tall she was, you know, just full of life," Jenny Bein said. Police say Bein was ejected from the vehicle and succumbed to her injuries at the hospital. "It was devastating. you know, as a parent you never expect to hear the news that this is gonna - that you're never going to see your child again," Jenny Bein, Tiffany's mother said. "She always wanted a family of her own and her own child to love to hold and, it's sad, as a mother I won't ever be able to see that with my baby," Jenny Bein said.
