Investigators say a GMC Yukon was eastbound on US-50 when it went off the roadway, struck the center median guardrail, became airborne and landed in a lane of eastbound US-50. A westbound Cadillac SRX-4 collided head-on with the Yukon, then came to a stop in a lane of westbound US-50. A third vehicle, a Chevrolet Aveo, was westbound on US-50 and struck the Cadillac broad-side.
