UPDATED: Police identify driver, passenger in fatal crash near New Market
Gaunt was driving the van east on I-70 near exit 62 when he drove off the left side of the road, according to state police. The vehicle went into the grass median, then back onto the road, an earlier police news release said.
To gain control, Gaunt overcorrected, causing the vehicle to overturn multiple times before coming to rest on the guardrail on the right shoulder of I-70.
