According to police, the 2001 Ford F250 truck that Turner was driving drifted off the road while he was driving west. He steered back onto the road, then across the lane markings and into oncoming traffic, where he struck Muller’s vehicle at Volunteer Drive.

Officers say the truck over corrected, crossed into the eastbound lanes and hit an SUV driven by 51-year-old Leanna Muller of Laytonsville.

Montgomery County Police say a woman was killed in a car accident on Laytonsville Road on Monday morning. Police say the crash was first reported at approximately 5:29 a.m. Monday in the 4600 block of Laytonsville Road, when a pick-up truck and an SUV collided head-on, and at least one person was trapped in the crash.
