1 killed, 1 injured in early morning Acton crash

The driver, a 35-year-old man from Lowell, was airlifted by Med Flight to Boston Medical Center. The passenger, a 39-year-old woman from Acton, was taken by ambulance to Emerson Hospital in Concord, MA.

Deeiyvid Hoepers, 35, was arrested at 2 Barton Ave. Hoepers has been charged with motor vehicle homicide/operating under the influence of liquor, operating under the influence of liquor (second offense, negligent operation of a motor vehicle and marked-lanes violation. 

Man denies driving drunk in crash that killed wife

Thirty-five-year-old Deeiyvid Hoepers of Lowell pleaded not guilty Thursday in Concord District Court to charges including motor vehicle homicide while under the influence of liquor in the crash that killed Shannon Milhomme-Hoepers of Acton.
