Webster cop killed in off-duty I-395 crash
Officer Michael Lee of Webster was off-duty and driving a 2015 Toyota Tundra southbound on Interstate 395 about 1 a.m. when the vehicle slammed into the back of a 2012 Freightliner tractor-trailer that was parked in the breakdown lane, state police said.
