One dead in Leicester car crash

Todd E. Williams identified as driver who died in head-on Leicester crash
Williams was driving a 2008 Nissan SUV around 6:55 a.m. when he and another vehicle collided head-on on Route 58 near King Street, Leicester Police Chief James Hurley said.
