Bickoff was driving with a suspended license at the time. Jeffrey Bickoff struck 20-year-old Haley Cremer while she was jogging in her neighborhood. A man convicted of hitting and killing a Sharon woman with his car has been sentenced to 2 1/2 years in prison. The case prompted a new state law requiring the Registry of Motor Vehicles to notify local police departments when their residents have suspended or revoked licenses. A judge also sentenced Bickoff to three years of probation.

A pedestrian killed Sunday afternoon after being struck by a vehicle in Sharon was identified as 20-year-old Haley Cremer. Sharon Police issued charges against driver Jeffrey Bickoff, 44, including motor vehicle homicide. Local and state police, along with the District Attorney's office are investigating the incident.
