Police are investigating the 11:15 p.m. accident near 3 Vernon St. Sunday, according to a release from the department. The man was taken to the hospital with non-life threatening injuries. According to police, the 25-year-old woman driving the car was heading towards the ramp to Interstate 290 when the accident occurred. The woman immediately stopped her vehicle, while a witness called 911.
