Two people flee crash after head-on collision kills another driver
A 1998 Buick carrying the driver and two passengers was headed north on Scottdale Road in Royalton Township around 3:27 a.m., Sunday, Sept. 18 when it collided with a 1999 Honda driving in the opposite direction.
Victim in deadly hit-and-run crash in Berrien County identified
The driver of the Buick, Jason Ransom, 36, of Niles Mich., was pronounced dead on the scene.
The driver of the 1999 Honda who left the scene has been identified and a report will be sent to the prosecutor for review.
