Two people in that vehicle, a 30-year-old Detroit man and a 26-year-old Warren woman, received life-threatening injuries in the crash and were both taken to Beaumont Hospital in Royal Oak.
A 30-year-old Detroit man and a 26-year-old Warren woman were seriously injured around 2 a.m. after their car rear-ended a semi-truck stopped at a red light on southbound Mound Road. The crash remains under investigation. Police say they’re not yet sure if alcohol was a factor in the crash.
