Walled Lake pedestrian struck, now officials looking for hit-and-run driver
Police are searching for the driver and the vehicle, which would have damage to the hood and windshield.
A 47-year-old woman was apparently not in a marked crosswalk when she was attempting to cross Pontiac Trail at about 10:40 p.m. and was hit by a white Pontiac G8. The car then drove away, leaving the woman at the scene with critical injuries. She remains in critical condition in the hospital after multiple surgeries.
