Cody Thomas, 27, and Aria Thomas, 3, killed when semi truck rear-ends vehicle on Interstate 69 in Flint, Michigan

Thirty-four-year-old Dalibot Sakotic of Wylie, was arraigned Friday in a Flint court on charges of manslaughter and reckless driving. He’s jailed on a $500,000 cash bond.
