Three people were taken to the hospital Monday after a vehicle involved in a crash slide off the road, hitting a pedestrian who was moving a garbage can off the side of the road.

The accident occurred shortly before 4 PM on December 9th as Jennifer Christensen, 23, was turning into a driveway on M-82 when a vehicle coming in the opposite direction, driven by Paul Dupont, 55, struck her car. The force of the accident pushed her car into Felicia Christensen, 16, who was taking a trash can from the edge of the road. Felicia, along with Jennifer and her 3-year-old passenger were taken to the hospital for non-life-threatening injuries.
