Driver ejected, killed in Montcalm County crash

Police said Devers wasn’t wearing a seat belt, and it appears that speed was a factor in the crash. The crash is still under investigation.

According to sheriff's investigators, Brandon Devers was northbound on Vickeryville Road near Holland Lake Road in Evergreen Township when he veered off the pavement around 3:30 a.m. 
A fatal accident happened around 3:30 a.m. on Vickeryville Road near Holland Lake Road in Evergreen Township. Brandon Devers, 31, was driving on Vickeryville Road when his car exited the road and rolled over several times, resulting in Devers being ejected from the vehicle. Devers was pronounced dead at the scene. Check back for further information as it becomes available.
