Police identify woman, 21, man, 35, as victims in fatal Wyoming crash

Milton was a well-known server at an Applebees restaurant on 28th Street in Wyoming. Staff there are remembering her this week, as well as at another 28th Street location in Cascade, but declined comment per her family's wishes.
