Escanaba Public Safety says the motorcycle vs. car accident happened just before 10 p.m. at the intersection of Ludington Street and 30th Street North. ESCANABA '€” One person is dead after a motorcycle accident Friday night in the city of Escanaba. The driver of the car involved in the accident had minor injuries. When police arrived on scene, the person on the motorcycle was already deceased. The investigation into the accident is ongoing.

Delta County Prosecuting Attorney Philip Strom is reviewing a two-vehicle accident in Bark River which resulted in the death of 29-year-old John Miron of Bark River. The prosecutor said he is currently waiting on medical records in connection with the eight people injured in the June 17 fatality in Bark River. Strom is also reviewing a car/motorcycle crash in Escanaba which claimed the life of Glen White, 55, of Escanaba. Strom recently received the final police report on the June 24 motorcycle fatality in Escanaba. ESCANABA - Whether or not criminal charges will be sought in two separate fatal vehicle accidents in Delta County earlier this summer is currently being determined by the county prosecutor.

Shortly after the accident, Escanaba Public Safety issued a news release stating the fatal crash was "intersection related." ESCANABA - No charges are being sought in connection with a fatal motorcycle/car accident which claimed the life of an Escanaba man this summer, according to police and court officials. "We have reached a decision on the Glen White accident. White, who was pronounced dead at the scene, was operating a 2014 Harley Davidson when the motorcycle collided with a 2011 Ford Escape driven by Amy Beth Deiter, 51, of Escanaba. Glen White, 55, was killed when his motorcycle and a vehicle collided at the intersection of Ludington Street and North 30th Street shortly before 10 p.m. on June 24, according to Escanaba Public Safety.

Names released in Escanaba fatal motorcycle accident

The driver of the motorcycle, 55-year-old Glen Nicholas White, was deceased upon arrival. The driver of the vehicle, 51-year-old Amy Beth Deiter, received minor injuries and sought her own treatment at St. Francis.
