Driver avoids accident, spills lumber onto road

In an attempt to avoid an accident, a semi-truck driver swerves, overturns, and spills logs onto the shoulder of US-10. It happened August 26 at 1:46 p.m. in Clare County. Investigators say a 20-year-old Farwell man was making a left turn from W. Ludington onto WB US-10 when he failed to yield to oncoming traffic. That caused a semi-truck driver to swerve, and spill the logs onto the roadway.
