21-Year-Old Man Killed in Meeker County Crash

A Grove City man who was killed in a rollover crash in Meeker County has been identified. The Meeker County Sheriff'€™s Office says 21-year-old Spencer Dean Latham was killed. Wednesday near Highway 11 and Highway 31. Deputies say Latham wasn'€™t wearing a seatbelt. A preliminary investigation shows that Latham was driving west on Highway 11 when he went into the ditch, rolling the vehicle.
