The Minnesota State Patrol says the crash happened between a 2013 Chevrolet Silverado and a 2001 BMW Z3 around 5:48 a.m. on eastbound Highway 97 and Iden Avenue. Those involved were 28-year-old Jesse Stewart, 20-year-old Andrew Peterson, and Matthew Radloff, age unknown.
State Patrol Investigates Fatal Crash in Forest Lake
The driver of the Silverado was identified as 28-year-old Jesse Stewart of Osceola, Wisconsin, who had a non-life threatening injury and is at Regions Hospital. The driver of the Sierra was identified as 20-year-old Andrew Peterson of Osceola, Wisconsin, who had no apparent injury. The driver of the BMW has not yet been identified.
One dead after fatal head-on crash near Forest Lake
The Minnesota State Patrol says it happened just after 5:45 a.m. on eastbound State Highway 97 near Iden Avenue. Investigators believe a 41-year-old man from Ramsey crossed the line in his BMW and struck a pickup truck in the side, then careened into oncoming traffic and hit another pickup head-on.

The state patrol says a 2001 BMW Z3, driven by Matthew Radloff, was heading eastbound on Highway 97 at Iden Avenue when it crossed the center line and hit a westbound GMC Sierra on the side and then hit a westbound 2013 Chevrolet Silverado head-on. Authorities say Radloff died at the scene.
