Motorcyclist Killed in Wright County Head-On Collision Identified
The teen was driving eastbound on the road when she crossed the center line and hit the 2003 Suzuki motorcycle driven by Brau, which was traveling in the opposite direction, the State Patrol says.

Brau, a Willmar, Minn. native, should have turned 23 last week, and should be preparing for graduation later this spring. Instead, there is only pain and heartbreak for his friends and loved ones because of a distracted driver who crossed the centerline on Highway 12 near Montrose, Minn. in August of 2014.
The Minnesota State Patrol has identified the 21-year-old motorcyclist who was killed in a head-on collision in Wright County last week.
Robert Brau of Willmar died after he was hit by a 17-year-old girl on Highway 12 near Montrose on Thursday morning.
The teen was driving eastbound on the road when it crossed the center line and hit a 2003 Suzuki motorcycle, driven by Brau, traveling in the opposite direction, the state patrol says.
Brau was pronounced dead at the scene, according to the state patrol. He was wearing a helmet.
The collision remains under investigation.
Law enforcement will release the name of the teen when the investigation is completed and a decision is made regarding criminal charges.
The Wright County Sheriff's Office assisted the state patrol.
