UPDATE: 2 dead, 3 injured in 4-vehicle Rosemount crash
The incident report says a Volvo dump truck struck the Dodge Ram from behind, pushing it into the ditch. The dump truck then struck the Subaru Legacy, wedging it in between the semi and the dump truck.
