St. Paul police investigating fatal crash involving stolen vehicle
The officer followed the path of the vehicle and came along a crash involving the Ford Focus and a PT Cruiser on Minnehaha Avenue.

St. Paul Police said 31-year-old Xia Her-Xiong was arrested on Jan. 7 and charged with criminal vehicular homicide and auto theft by the Ramsey County Attorney's Office on Friday.
