Two killed in overnight crash

The identities of the victims have not been released pending notification of family members.

Lucedale woman, Mobile man killed in Wednesday night accident in Harelston community

Two Lucedale residents were killed in a head-on collision in the Harelston community of Jackson County Wednesday night, according to Jackson County Sheriff Mike Ezell.
Two people died two vehicle accident on Tanner Williams Road close to the Mississippi-Alabama state line in Jackson County, Mississippi. Driver Jeremy Dickey of Mobile and his passenger, Melody Goodman of Lucedale, were traveling on Tanner Williams Road around 11 p.m. Wednesday night when the 1998 GMC 1500 pickup truck Dickey was driving crashed head-on with a 2011 Hyundai Veracruz driven by Alyson Conyers of Lucedale. Dickey and Goodman were pronounced dead at the scene. Conyers was airlifted to Singing River Hospital in Pascagoula with serious injuries.
