Biloxi, MS
Manuel Olavarria was riding his bicycle on Bienville Boulevard when he was struck by a vehicle and fatally injured. He was pronounced dead at the scene. The driver was identified as Patrick Robinson, 18, of Moss Point.
An accident involving an 18-wheeler and a car on Interstate 10 in Jackson County left two people dead Wednesday morning. The accident occurred in the wesbound lanes near mile marker 51. Check back for updates on this developing story.
