Alabama 16-year-old killed in Mississippi crash on way to visit family for holidays

A Decatur teen traveling to New Orleans to visit family for the holidays was killed Tuesday in a crash in Mississippi. Joshua Miller, 16, was traveling on Interstate 59 around Hattiesburg when the vehicle he was in hydroplaned and struck a tree, according to WDAM-TV. Miller's brother, Dwight Miller, was also in the vehicle and was injured in the crash. Both were taken to Forrest General Hospital, where Joshua Miller was pronounced dead. Dwight Miller said on his Facebook page Wednesday morning that he suffered a broken rib and partially collapsed lungs in the crash.
