Mississippi Highway Patrol says the truck, carrying paper products, was traveling west around a curve and went off the road. The 18-wheeler went down an embankment and rolled over. It happened around 6:27 a.m. just before Hathorne Road.
18-wheeler crash causing delays in Holmes County
According to MHP, the truck overturned while taking a curve near Hathorne Road. The driver, 37-year-old Damien Whitfeet of Jackson, sustained minor injuries but is expected to be ok.

Whitfeet was taken to UMC with only minor injuries. The truck, which was carrying paper products, is now back on the road and is being unloaded before being towed away.
