Arrest made in Olive Branch drive-by murder
DeSoto County deputies arrested Everett Moore, 41, in Ashland, Mississippi around midnight.
Moore is being held without bond in the DeSoto County Adult Detention Facility.

According to Sheriff Bill Rasco 36-year-old Norris Smith was shot while driving his car.
The bullet came from a suspect driving another vehicle on Kirk.
