The wreck occurred when Arthur McNaughton’s 1997 Ford F-150 was hit head-on by a 2003 Chrysler Concorde driven by 30-year-old Jessica F. Teer, of Versailles. According to the patrol, Teer had lost control of the car on wet pavement.
