According to the Missouri Highway Patrol, one person is dead and thirty coal cars derailed.

Yeah, that railroad crew should sue the family of the deceased truck driver for the emotional trauma of the accident which he caused. When a crew is involved in a fatal accident, one that could have easily been prevented, they must go home to their families knowing that someone died in front of them. There's nothing they could have done to prevent it but the guilt from seeing it happen in front of them can require weeks or months of psychological treatment. Thanks, Mullen & Mullen for being so concerned with the well being of the engine crew in their time of need. I'm sure your legal fees are very reasonable too.
