A teenager is dead and another is in serious condition after a single-vehicle crash in Jefferson County Saturday night.
According to Missouri Highway Patrol, a Pontiac Sunfire veered off of Carol Park Road and struck several trees before it overturned around 10:15 p.m.
The vehicle’s passenger, Cameron Stewart, 15, died as a result of his injuries.
The driver, Matthew Roskowske, 18, was flown to a local hospital where he is listed in serious condition.
An investigation into the cause of the crash is ongoing.
