The accident happened about 4:15 a.m., according to police.
A St. Ann man was killed early Saturday when he lost control of his vehicle and crashed on the Interstate 170 ramp to westbound Interstate 70. The deceased driver was identified as Paul R. Brown, 48. Brown's 1996 GMC Savana van exited the left side of the road, hit a ditch, and rolled over. Brown, who was ejected from the van, was pronounced deceased at the crash site.
