A 3-year-old boy died and two other people were seriously hurt Saturday when their car ran off a highway in Ste. Genevieve County and hit an embankment, authorities said. The Missouri Highway Patrol identified the boy as Gabriel D. Ratliff, of St. Mary, Mo. Seriously injured were Brandon D.
