Authorities said both men were pronounced dead at the scene by St. Charles County Ambulance personnel.
Two young men died after their vehicle collided with an embankment and rolled over in Troy, Missouri late Thursday night. William Lyles, 22, of Troy, Missouri, and Austin Moore, 20, of St. Charles, Missouri, died after being ejected during the crash on Route C north of Silvers Road around 11:30 p.m. It is not known what caused the vehicle to leave the roadway, or if alcohol was a factor in the fatal collision.
