Westbound traffic on I-90 was completely blocked after the accident, which happened when the driver of the SUV attempted to pass the tractor trailer and apparently lost control.
The man was treated by emergency crews and loaded into an ambulance, but died a short time later. Police are still searching for the car reported to be racing Card, which has been described as a blue or dark blue early 2000’s Honda Civic.

An 85-year-old woman died on Sunday morning when the car she was driving crashed into a parked pickup truck in central Billings. The woman was driving a Chevrolet Corsica eastbound on Lewis Avenue near 10th Street West at about 7:30 a.m.

Tyler Schwab, 40, lost control of his car while looking for a water bottle he had dropped. He swerved into the oncoming lane and struck 41-year-old Christian Tafoya. Tafoya was thrown from his motorcycle and later died at the hospital.
