Authorities say it is currently unknown if alcohol was a factor in a fatal head-on collision that happened near Arlee around 6:35 Wednesday evening. The 63-year-old male driving the Ford was pronounced dead at the scene. Road conditions were wet, when a Chevy Tahoe collided with a Ford Tempo, which had been driving northbound in the southbound lane. The 50-year-old female driving the Chevy was unable to swerve out of the way. Both drivers were reportedly wearing seatbelts.
