Missoula teen dies from injuries in crash

Montana Highway Patrol said the crash happened on Wednesday, January 6 at about 9:30 p.m. The Valley Christian Facebook group says the crash happened after the two left youth group. The driver sustained a collapsed lung and minor injuries to her ribs, but is expected to make a full recovery. Patrick Hospital in Missoula where he passed away from his injuries. The driver over corrected to the right sending the car into a broadside skid, left the roadway and went over an embankment.

15-year-old boy involved in crash near Missoula dies

Authorities say a 15-year-old boy who was involved in a single-vehicle crash on U.S. Highway 93 southwest of Missoula has died. Lowder, who was a sophomore at Big Sky High School, died Thursday. The boy's sister was seriously injured in the crash.
