A Norfolk man is in serious condition after being involved in a motorcycle accident Saturday morning.

It is believed that an underlying medical issue may have been a factor in the accident. Odey was wearing a helmet.
Darrin Odey was riding a motorcycle on Interstate 80 when he began to exit at the Gothenburg interchange. Odey's bike went off the road and struck a culvert, rolling several times. Authorities say that health factors were a contributing factor to the accident. The motorcycle was totalled, and Odey was taken to CHI Good Samaritan Health in Kearney for treatment.
