One man in serious condition after head-on collision Posted: Updated: The Lancaster County Sheriff's Department responded to a head-on collision last night on West Agnew Rd, north of Lincoln. The Lancaster County Sheriff cited Shon with a DUI, careless driving, and having an open container of alcohol in the vehicle. It happened around 7 PM. 47-year-old Li Shon of Valparaiso was driving westbound in the eastbound lane. He collided head-on with a truck. Shon was life-flighted to Bryan Hospital with serious injuries.
