Update: One Killed in Motorcycle-Truck Crash
The motorcycle was stuck underneath the trailer of the truck. Omaha dispatch confirmed that one person was killed. Police say the motorcyclist was eastbound when it was hit by the truck turning to go west on Grover.
Iowa motorcyclist killed in Omaha crash identified
Department news release identified the motorcyclist as 30-year-old Jeffrey Vosler, of Council Bluffs, Iowa. Police say Vosler was headed east on Grover Street around 2 p.m. Wednesday when he crashed into the side of a truck that was turning into the westbound lanes of Grover.

Investigators say the truck driver told them he did not see the motorcycle. Egbert said the driver was seriously shaken by the incident. Witnesses said the motorcycle was traveling at a high rate of speed.
