Police said a white vehicle driven by Lakota Redden, 20, was heading south on 24th Street when it clipped a Honda, driven by Janelle Grossoehme-Appleton, 34, who was driving east through a green light.
The white vehicle began to roll, ejecting two of the occupants and landing on the lawn of a nearby building.
