Highway patrol identifies motorcyclist who died in Sunday crash

Nevada Highway Patrol said Zachary Steven was riding a BMW motorcycle south on Interstate 15, about 20 miles south of Moapa, when he struck a tractor trailer about 11:30 a.m. A 24-year-old Henderson man who died in a crash Sunday morning has been identified. His death was the sixth fatal crash in the highway patrol's southern command this year. Troopers said the motorcycle struck the trailer on the back, left side. Steven was thrown from the motorcycle and died at the scene, troopers said.
