State police say Earl Ganoe, Jr., 40, was traveling west on Kensington Road when he lost control of the vehicle, striking a guardrail, rock wall and utility pole.
Police: Man charged with negligent homicide, drunk driving after crash kills passenger
The passenger’s identity is being withheld pending notification of next of kin. The crash remains under investigation.
