Boys recovering after snowmobile collides with van

Devin Groleau, 12, remained in the hospital Monday with bruises and a broken leg. "I was (in pain) at first, but the medicine really helps, and my leg's pretty bad," he said.

Devin Groleau and Gavin Ranlett were crossing Whitehall Road on snowmobiles when they were hit by a van. Due to the high snowbanks and the curve of the street, the snowmobilers didn't see the van, and the van didn't see them. They were wearing helmets which police say prevented them from being injured further.
