Authorities have identified the man killed in a Peterborough crash as 51-year-old Michael Dugrenier.

Dugrenier, of Peterborough, was walking on Route 202 Friday night when police say he was hit by a vehicle.

The driver, Paul Blais, is from Concord. No charges have been filed in the case; investigators are still trying to figure out what led up to the crash.

A pump at a gas station exploded in a ball of fire following a traffic crash Wednesday morning in northwest Harris County.

The wreck happened about 11 a.m. on Texas 249 near North Point, said an Assistant Chief Deputy of the Harris County Precinct 4 Constable's Office.

Police said no injuries were reported, though a woman who was in the station at the time of the blast had a medical emergency. She was treated at the scene. Details of her emergency and condition were not released.

A fiery crash at a Walpole gas station was captured on surveillance video Monday.

The video shows an 83-year-old driver pulling up to the pump on Main Street and then suddenly losing control. His car crashed into the pump and a station attendant.

A fire broke out, but another worker quickly put it out.

Paramedics took the attendant to Norwood Hospital with significant injuries, but he is expected to recover.

The driver was not injured.

Walpole Police are investigating the crash.

The Wickliffe Police Department responded to a reported car accident Sunday morning at the Shell gas station.

Upon arrival, police found 34-year-old Benjamin Scholes at the scene of the accident.

Scholes admitting to losing control of his vehicle on a patch of ice.

Scholes' blood alcohol content was a .189. He was arrested and charged with OVI failure to control. He was released after posting a $3,500 bond.

Police say the canopy of the gas station and gas pump received extensive damage from the crash.

Houston police are looking for the suspect who shot a driver causing him to crash in southwest Houston Wednesday night.

Investigators said the victim and a woman were sitting in a car at an apartment complex off of Woodfair Drive around 10:30 p.m. when a man walked up to the car and fired a shot at the driver.

Officials said the driver managed to hit the gas and drove a few miles away to a Valero station at the intersection of Woodfair Drive and Bissonnet Street.

Police say an out-of-control car crashed into a gasoline station in an eastern Indiana city, starting a fire and injuring four people.

Richmond police Sgt. Dean Snapp says the car knocked over a pole supporting the protective canopy at a Speedway station, struck two pumps and hit another car being fueled.

The two pumps burst into flames after the crash early Sunday. A Fire Battalion Chief stated that crews quickly extinguished the blaze.

Snapp says two passengers were ejected from the car that crashed, while crews had to free the driver from the wreckage.

A pickup truck pinned a man against the chain-link fence in front of his home after three vehicles wrecked in Southeast Portland Sunday afternoon.

Just after 3 p.m., a car slammed into the pickup, sending it rolling onto the sidewalk near Southeast Flavel and Southeast 80th Avenue.

Jonathon Weaver lives in the home where the pickup landed and happened to be walking to his yard when the truck rolled onto him.

The driver and a passenger were trapped inside and emergency crews had to cut them out.

A Lowell police officer has been charged with drunken driving in a crash early Saturday morning that killed a Lawrence man. 26-year-old Briant Paula of Lawrence, was trapped in his car and firefighters had to use the Jaws of Life to reach him. Paula suffered massive trauma and was taken to Lawrence General Hospital where he was pronounced dead, police said.
