It is unknown what Fisher’s blood-alcohol level was at the time of the accident, Caldwell said.
At about 4:18am police received report of a one-car crash off of Bear Tavern road. The crash involved the driver, Fisher, who veered off the road and struck a utility pole, and two other adult passengers, who were all injured in the crash. Fisher was charged with driving while intoxicated, and driving underage while intoxicated.
