Williamstown woman, 25, killed in Atlantic County crash on Route 322

Police are still investigating the cause of the accident and whether Devlin was wearing a seat belt at the time. Route 322 was closed in both directions for about an hour and a half after the crash.
25-year-old Carolann Devlin, of Williamstown, died following a car crash in Hamilton Township, New Jersey Thursday. Devlin was driving west on Route 322 when her Toyota Camry went off the road and collided with a tree near milemarker 42 around 1:14 p.m. on October 16, 2014. Devlin had to be removed from her car by the Hamilton Rescue Squad. She was flown to AtlantiCare Regional Medical Center, where she died. It is unclear whether or not she wore a seatbelt and what caused the accident.
