The driver, Henry J. Roman, 33, of Boonton, was traveling in the right-center lane southbound on the Parkway in his 1988 Chevrolet truck when he encountered heavy traffic near milepost 96.3, according to a New Jersey State Police spokesman, Sgt. Jeff Flynn.
