Vineland fatal hit-and-run suspect turns self into police
Police were dispatched to Landis Avenue — near the Delsea Drive intersection — on Aug. 10 when Armando Lopez, 49, was struck by a white Dodge pickup truck while crossing the avenue. After the accident, the driver fled the scene while driving westbound on Landis Avenue, police said.
